DIY Antioxidant Exfoliating Mask

All skin types


  • Packed with fatty acids
  • Vitamin E
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Cleansing
  • Brightening


  • 1/4 c fresh, organic blueberries
  • 1/4 c raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp whole oats
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 1 tbsp organic whole milk

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth. Add more milk if necessary.

Cleanse your skin with a gentle face wash. Leave wet. Apply a generous amount of mask on skin. Let dry for 20-30 minutes. Rinse with water in circular motions until gone. Pat dry. Follow up with toner, moisturizer, and SPF.

Can be used once weekly.
